Today we dig into 2 truths and a lie… not the get-to-know you game, but looking at our thought life. I’ll outline 2 truths that we SHOULD be thinking about, resting in, and focusing on. Then, I’ll talk about a lie that so many of us wind up believing instead.

- Truth #1 – You can do the things God puts in front of you to do. He will lead you and equip you. (See Ephesians 2:10)
- Truth #2 – You can’t do it all. We need rest, help, grace, strength, and so much more that comes from outside of ourselves. (See 1 Peter 4:10-11)

My friend. These are LIES. They all point to the lie that we so regularly believe – that our worth depends on what we do and how much we do. That our worth is based on our performance.
